The application with appendices is shared internally with relevant people in the recruitment process and is not passed on to others outside the company.
The application with attachments is saved until the right candidate is found and the recruitment process is completed. After that, the application with annex will be deleted.
For unsolicited applications, we will consider the application with annex as soon as it is received. If we do not find the application relevant, the rejection is sent and the application with attachments is immediately deleted. If we find the application relevant, consent is obtained from the applicant to save the application with attachments for a maximum of 6 months, after which the application with the attachment is deleted.
